Digital media archives face the burden having to handle a multitude of file formats for any media type. Different software is needed for different types of file and/or media formats. With our in-house solution, Sabanci University's University History Archive utilizes one program to convert/trim audio, video, image, and document formats to formats ready to be served over web via a template, while allowing unstructured data to be structured via chapters and annotations.
